Here you can see the actual effect of the Vertetrac in action. The picture on the left shows the spine ( L4-L5) of the patient before treatment (intervertebral space measured at 12 mm). The picture on the right shows the same patient during a Vertetrac treatment (intervertebral space measured at 15 mm). The intervertebral space is increased by 25% during treatment.

MRI Results of Treatments with the Vertetrac

Before Treatment
Patient: 47 year old female with acute low back pain, severe sciatica on the left side with neurological signs, severe left neural foraminal herniation of the disc (red arrow above) causing stenosis with mild spinal cord pressure

Three months after beginning Vertetrac treatment: (around two weeks of daily treatments at the beginning and then 2 months of treatments every other day)

After treatment period, patient has no pain, sciatica or neurological signs. The MRI above shows no herniation of the disc, mild edema of the left root without spinal cord pressure
